It's that time of year where you may be starting to think about Christmas and to reflect on the past months. For me, this year has been a very busy one and I'm wondering how I've managed to get through it and still remain intact!
Early on this year I trained to teach baby massage and what an enlightening experience that was; it highlighted to me the importance of touch and communication between parents, caregivers and their children and that it is never, ever too late to re-establish that loving bond.
You know your child better than anyone else and if you allow your child to lead the way, you won't go far wrong.
