What is it about change that most of us find difficult?
Why do we put up with situations, even when they are not as we would really like them to be?
Maybe it's because we get comfortable with the familiar and doing it any other way just seems like too much hard work or maybe it's too painful.
Maybe there is something in your life that just isn't right for you or your children. It could be your job, home life or relationship. Have you thought about making changes, but haven't had the strength or support to do it, then 2012 could be the year that you do.
Remember, you are never alone, never the only one; there is always someone out there that you can turn to and who is willing to listen.
